"We spent about a week travelling along the pipeline and looking at the devistated peoples and places on the pipeline. In one day, we went to three separate oil spills ~ in one day. One of the oil spills was in a river that they had been trying to clean up for 2 months ~ And when we got there there was still an overwhelming amount of oil that they were trying to clean up. This was in a river ~ And yet, they're trying to put these pipelines into regions that are so far away from anywhere, that if a leak or a spill happened, there would be no way to clean it up ~ And it would fall into these incredibly beautiful and diverse and priceless areas and effect people's lives."
